Process Quotation

This function allows users to process Quotations in M-SHIP.

Process and View permissions are required to access this module.

List Pending Quotations

To list the pending Quotation for processing, navigate to [System Codes] → Quotation → Process Quotation from the left navigational bar.

Business Logic: By default, the system will retrieve all active and Pending Quotations.

Click [Actions] → Process to process the selected record.

A pop-up containing a preview of the selected Quotation will be displayed.

Click [Approve] or [Reject] to approve or reject the quotation accordingly.

Click [Close] to close this preview and process later.
